Kristin sold our condo in Humarock South Shore recently. She was a pleasure to deal with in every respect. She is professional, responsive, positive, a great communicator, and an excellent problem solver.
Kristin worked with us while we were overseas to get our home ready for market. She corresponded with us in our time zone and kept us informed every step of the way.
In addition to marketing and selling our home, Kristin provided a number of special services far above and beyond what anyone should expect from their real estate agent. Our home had great fundamentals but had aged a little in terms of fit and finish. Kristin was quickly able to assess options for refreshment, find and direct quality contractors to paint and refinish, update lighting, add a little carpeting, and generally bring it to the standard she knew would bring buyers to the table. She was able to do this at a moderate cost and with a very fair overhead for her commissioning and direction of the work. On top of that, she was able to arrange temporary storage of surplus items, stage the property for sale, and produce compelling video and still imagery for the marketing program.
Kristin did such a wonderful job that our home went under contract on the first open weekend. But the service didn’t stop there. Since we were far away, she then organized regulatory inspections on our behalf. She made the whole process very easy for us.
